What is OmniaSuite?
OmniaSuite is a Shopify app that combines professional invoicing with product import capabilities. Our apps help store owners automate billing and manage product catalogs efficiently.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All OmniaSuite apps include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start your trial.
What languages are supported?
OmniaSuite supports 7 languages: English, Dutch (Nederlands), German (Deutsch), French (Français), Spanish (Español), Italian (Italiano), and Portuguese (Português). Invoices are generated in your customer’s language.
How do I get support?

OmniaSuite Invoice Questions
How does automatic invoice sending work?
When enabled, invoices are automatically generated and emailed to customers when their order is fulfilled. You can also enable automatic credit notes when refunds are processed. Set it once and the app handles the rest.
Can I customize my invoice design?
Yes! Add your logo, customize colors, and adjust the layout to match your brand. Your invoices look professional and consistent with your store’s identity.
What’s the difference between Invoice Basic and Invoice Pro?
Invoice Basic (€7/month) includes up to 100 invoices and credit notes per month. Invoice Pro (€19/month) offers unlimited invoices for high-volume stores.
Can I export invoices as PDF?
Yes, all invoices and credit notes can be downloaded as PDF files. Share via email or print directly from the app.
Does it support multiple currencies?
Yes, OmniaSuite Invoice supports multiple currencies and displays amounts in your customer’s currency based on their order.
Product Importer Questions
What file formats are supported?
Product Importer supports CSV files uploaded directly or fetched from a URL. Most spreadsheet exports from other platforms work directly.
Is there a limit on import size?
No hard limits. Product Importer can handle thousands of products in a single import. Large imports are processed efficiently with optimized Shopify API handling.
Can I schedule automatic imports?
Yes! Set up scheduled imports to run automatically. Perfect for syncing with supplier feeds or keeping inventory updated from external sources.
What happens if there’s an error during import?
Product Importer logs every operation with detailed error reporting. You can see exactly which products were created, updated, or skipped, and review any issues.

What are the pricing plans?
After your 7-day free trial:
- Invoice Basic – €7/month (up to 100 invoices/credit notes)
- Invoice Pro – €19/month (unlimited invoices)
- Product Importer – €25/month (add-on for CSV/URL import with scheduling)
Can I combine Invoice and Product Importer?
Yes! Product Importer is available as an add-on to any Invoice plan. Choose your Invoice plan and add Product Importer for complete store automation.
Privacy & Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. OmniaSuite processes your data securely and never shares or sells your information. We only access the Shopify data necessary to provide our services. Read our full privacy policy for details.
What happens if I uninstall the app?
Your data is retained for 30 days after uninstalling, allowing you to reinstall without losing settings. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
