What Data We Access
OmniaSuite apps request access to specific Shopify data required to provide our services:
OmniaSuite Invoice
- Orders – To generate invoices and credit notes
- Customers – To include customer details on invoices
- Shop information – For invoice headers and business details
- Refunds – To generate credit notes automatically
Product Importer
- Products – To create and update product listings
- Inventory – To set stock levels during import
- Locations – To assign inventory to correct locations
What We Don’t Do

Data Retention
While Using the App
Your data is retained as long as you have OmniaSuite installed on your Shopify store. Invoice records are kept for your reference and legal compliance.
After Uninstalling
If you uninstall OmniaSuite, your data is retained for 30 days. This allows you to reinstall without losing your settings and history. After 30 days, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
Third-Party Services
Shopify
OmniaSuite is built on Shopify’s platform and uses Shopify’s APIs to access your store data. Shopify’s own privacy policy governs how they handle your data.
Payment Processing
Subscription payments are handled entirely through Shopify’s billing system. We never see or store your payment card details.
Email Delivery
Invoice emails are sent through secure email services. We only use customer email addresses to deliver invoices and credit notes as requested.
Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Access – View your data anytime within the app
- Export – Download invoices as PDF files
- Delete – Uninstall the app to trigger data deletion
